Responsibilities
The primary role will be as a member of the SCM team assisting in handling all SCM operational work including administration and support for teams using the SCM systems and SCM builder configuration & maintenance. The candidates may also be required to assist in development & maintenance of operations tooling and future development & improvement of the SCM systems.
Skills and Attributes
Experience / Qualifications/Skills
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience and a diploma or degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent computer-related technical experience is required.
- Proven working experience of Subversion, ClearCase/ClearQuest UCM, CVS, is essential.
- Knowledge of ClearCase Multisite/ClearQuest Multisite Administration would be an advantage.
- Must be experienced in setting up Subversion and administration of the same.
- Must be experienced in working on Unix/Linux (any flavor). Working knowledge of Z/OS system would be an added advantage.
- Must be experienced in installation and administration of WebSphere Application Server 6.1 or above. Working experience of Weblogic Application server would be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of installation and administration of DB2 or Oracle would be an added advantage.
- Must possess good knowledge of Ant build tool.
- Proven work experience in Cruise Control and AntHill or other Build automation and management Systems.
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, XML would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Bugzilla, JIRA or similar workflow/issue management systems would be desirable.

- Must be a good Team Player with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple projects.
