Ernie Connon

Ernie Connon brings nearly 30 years of experience in the technology arena to his dual role at Cúram Software. As President of Cúram Software Inc., Connon is in charge of leading our business initiatives in North America and in particular ensuring that U.S. based Human and Social Services agencies are able to benefit from Cúram Software's framework, which enables them to easily manage cases and react quicker to regulatory changes. As Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development, Connon is responsible for leading our worldwide sales, market and partner development.
Most recently, Connon was Chief Executive Officer of Avesair, the leading technology provider for mobile marketing. While there he successfully steered the company to an acquisition of fellow mobile marketing provider WindWire. The merged company was later successfully sold Inphonic. Prior to his time at Avesair, he was Group Vice President for global CRM solutions at Oracle Corporation, where he was globally responsible for customer relationship management sales and deployment across all of Oracle's divisions. Connon and his team helped secure major relationships with some of Oracle's most prestigious clients, including British Telecommunications, Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, Citibank, and others. Connon began his career with BT where he oversaw a number of management disciplines, including product management, market management, direct marketing, and operational consulting. Connon spent over 15 years at BT before moving on to other endeavors, including the development of successful start-up companies such as NPRI, Inc., and Versatility, Inc., which was acquired by Oracle in 1998.
