Stephen Frank

Vice President of Sales, North America

Stephen V. Frank is Vice President of Cúram’s North American sales organization. Frank, who has been with the company since 2005, is focused on increasing Cúram Software’s market reach and penetration in the North American Social Enterprise Management markets. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing the team of sales professionals supporting these markets. 

Prior to joining Cúram Software, Frank served as Vice President of Sales in Oracle Corporation’s State and Local Government Division – where he was responsible for generating $50 million in annual revenue.  Frank also spent 10 years with Unisys Corporation where he held both technical and account management positions supporting Unisys’ Government customer’s enterprise initiatives.

Throughout his career, Frank has managed sales organizations focused exclusively on providing IT solutions and strategies for the State and Local Government sector.  These vertical industries include:  Health and Human Services, Workforce Services, Labor, Health, Education, Transportation and Criminal Justice.  He has managed organizations with as many as 35 Sales and Support Professionals.

Frank, who holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The State University of New York at Albany, has garnered numerous sales and management awards, including Client/Server Sales Executive of the Year, Account Manager of the Year, Outstanding Regional Manager and Oracle Government MVP Sales Award.
