Integrated Appeals and Claims System Provides Citizens With A Streamlined Single-Source Process
WorkSafeBC serves nearly two million workers and about 179,000 different employers. As the third largest compensation board in Canada, WorkSafeBC processes more than 160,000 claims per year. In an effort to serve its customers better, WorkSafeBC embarked on the Appeals Integration Project (AIP) using Cúram Software to decrease processing time to complete reviews and close cases, improve overall service to workers and employers, and increase case worker effectiveness and productivity.
