Global Learning Services (Training)

GLS offers a variety of training products and services that are organized into three main services: Learning Solutions Consultancy to determine and bridge the skills-gap for your end user and project staff; Learning Programs that provide role-based learning paths consisting of classroom-based and web-based courses; and Certification to formally certify your key IT and business roles.

Consultancy

The GLS Learning Solutions Consultancy service provides end-to-end training solutions for your project and end-user staff. Cúram Global Learning Services works with you to determine your specific training needs, recommend learning plans for individuals and groups, and schedules training in line with project timelines.

Learning Programs

GLS Learning Programs offer a comprehensive catalog of learning products designed to introduce, certify, and reinforce the skills of people engaged in Cúram project and support activities. This includes comprehensive learning paths for technical and business roles, flexible customized training to meet particular technical or business requirements not met by standard off-the-shelf training, and the Cúram eLearning Passport™, which provides full access to the entire suite of GLS WBT courses.

Certification

Cúram certifications provide an ideal way for IT and business professionals to validate their knowledge of the Cúram solution, demonstrating that they have the skills and expertise required to work as Cúram Business Analysts or Developers. Cúram currently offers the following two certifications: Cúram Certified Developer (CCD) – designed for Java developers, and Cúram Certified Professional (CCP) – aimed at business analysts.
