Cúram Global Learning Services (GLS) offers a variety of training products and services. GLS training products and services are organized into three main areas, namely, Learning Programs that consist of classroom and self-study/online training courses, Certification that formally certifies your key IT and business roles, and Learning Solutions Consultancy that identifies and bridges the skills-gaps of your end-user and project staff.

Learning Programs

GLS Learning Programs offer a comprehensive catalog of training products designed to introduce and reinforce the skills of people engaged in Cúram project and support activities. The key component of GLS Learning Programs is a comprehensive suite of classroom training courses, which is augmented by a range of self-study/online training courses. Classroom and self-study/online courses are organized into several role-based learning paths to create a blended learning solution. These learning paths map to technical and business roles. They also offer flexible, customized training to meet particular technical or business requirements not met by standard, off-the-shelf training.

Certification

Cúram Certifications provide an ideal way for IT and business professionals to validate their knowledge of the Cúram solution. By gaining a Cúram Certification, IT and business professionals demonstrate that they have the skills and expertise required to work as Cúram Developers or Business Analysts. Cúram currently offers the following certifications: Cúram Certified Developer (CCD), which is designed for Java developers and Cúram Certified Professional (CCP), which is aimed at business analysts.

Consultancy

The GLS Learning Solutions Consultancy service provides end-to-end training solutions for your project and end-user staff. Cúram GLS works with you to determine specific training needs, recommend learning plans for individuals and groups, and schedule training in accordance with project timelines.
