Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Upon receipt of payment details (Purchase Order, credit card information, check, or electronic bank transfer), Cúram Software reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for costs incurred during the planning and preparation process for learning sessions or certification testing. The cancellations fees are:

Training Cancellation Notice	Fee	Notes
Fourteen (14) or more calendar days, prior to the first day of class	100% Refund	Fees pre-paid or agreed per the established purchase order may be applied to future classes or returned in full.
Between seven and fourteen (7-14) calendar days, prior to the first day of class	50% Refund	The balance of pre-paid funds or funds agreed per the established purchase order may be applied to future classes or returned in full. Customers and Partners may send a substitute and avoid cancellation fees. Please notify Cúram in advance if a substitute student is to attend.
No notice or notices of less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the first day of class.	No Refund	Charges are processed against payment details. Customer/Partner may send a substitute and avoid cancellation fees. Please notify Cúram in advance is a substitute student will attend.
Exam Cancellation Notice	Fee	Notes
Cancellation of exam	No Fee	Exams cancelled before noon on two (2) business days prior to the appointment, this can be done via the Thompson Prometric website.
Cancellation of exam	$150	Exams cancelled less than (2) business days prior to the appointment will incur charges if another exam is scheduled. New vouchers are requested through Cúram Software
