Cancellation Policy

On receipt of payment details (purchase order, credit card information, check, or electronic funds transfer), Cúram Software reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for costs incurred during the planning and preparation of classroom training courses or certification exams.

Cancellation Fees for Classroom Training Courses

If a classroom training course is cancelled, customers may be entitled to a refund of pre-paid fees. The amount refunded depends on when the cancellation notice is received, as described in the table below.

Training Cancellation Notice Refund Notes
Fourteen (14) or more calendar days prior to the first day of class 100% Refund Fees pre-paid or agreed via the established purchase order may be applied to future classes or returned in full.
Between seven and fourteen (7-14) calendar days prior to the first day of class 50% Refund The balance of pre-paid funds or funds agreed via the established purchase order may be applied to future classes or returned in full.

Customers and Partners may send a substitute and avoid cancellation fees. Please notify Cúram in advance if a substitute student is to attend.
No notice or notices of less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the first day of class No Refund Charges are processed against payment details.

Cancellation Fees for Certification Exams

The cancellation of a certification exam may incur a fee if another exam is scheduled. The fee depends on when the cancellation notice is received, as described in the table below.

Two (2) or more business days before appointment No Fee Exams cancelled before noon two (2) business days before the appointment do not incur any fee. An exam can be cancelled via the Thompson Prometric website.
Less than two (2) business days before appointment USD$150 Exams cancelled less than (2) business days before the appointment will incur a fee of USD$150 if another exam is scheduled. New exam vouchers are requested through Cúram Software.
