Certification Upgrades

Keeping your certification status current is an important indicator to fellow IT professionals and employers that you have kept up-to-date on the latest developments with the new functionality and changes introduced in the various releases of the product. 

Upgrade Paths

Procedures to upgrade your certification will be announced at the time of each release. Certifications are typically upgraded by completing Web-Based Training (WBT) available through the Cúram eLearning Passport™. The diagram below lists the WBT courses to complete to bring your certification up to version 5.2. 

Certification Validity

Certifications are currently valid for all 5.x (V5.2, V5.1 and V5.0) and 4.x (V4.5 and V4.0) versions of the product. Certifications for versions 4.x will remain valid until release 6.0. This policy is in line with the end-of-life support policy for product versions. It is recommended that you maintain your certification on the latest version to keep up-to-date on the latest developments with the new functionality and changes introduced in the various releases of the product.
