Please note that Cúram Software is not responsible for any scheduling conflicts experienced by exam candidates. To reduce the risk of such conflicts with your preferred test site and date, Cúram Software recommends that you schedule your exam as far in advance as possible.
Extensions:
Cúram Software understands that unforeseen circumstances may occur, such as illness, vacation time, and project delays. However, candidates who fail to schedule and complete their exam during the initial 90-day testing window are required to pay a retest fee to take their exam.
Only one additional 90-day test window is available for rescheduling, retests. The additional test window cannot exceed the exam eligibility period of one year from the course participation date. If the 90-day testing window exceeds the exam eligibility period, GLS only allows you to use the time that is remaining in the eligibility period. Cúram Software is unable to provide extensions outside of this period.
Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Candidates who wish to change the exam date or time, or cancel the appointment, must do so before noon on two (2) business days prior to the appointment, this can be done via the Thompson Prometric website. There is no charge for rescheduling or canceling an appointment if the change is made before noon two (2) business days prior to your appointment and is still within the 90 day eligibility period.
Retests/Resits:
Candidates who do not achieve a passing score on the first exam attempt may request a retest. Exam candidates may attempt the Cúram Certification test three times. If the candidate has not attained a passing score by the third attempt, they must retake the fundamental learning session to further prepare for the exam. All retests must be scheduled within the exam eligibility window.
