Training Waiver

If you have one or more years of practical, on-the-job experience of a Cúram project, you may apply for a training waiver. People who are granted a waiver do not have to attend the prerequisite classroom training course to sit the corresponding certification exam. To apply for a training waiver, send a request that contains the following information to curamls@us.ibm.com:

• Name
• Years of Cúram project experience
• Cúram project location or locations
• Working dates at each location

If the training waiver is approved, Cúram Global Learning Services will notify applicants within ten business days. Once approved, the applicant can attempt the certification exam.

The fee for a training waiver is region-specific. The respective fees for several countries and regions are quoted in the table below.

Upon payment of the training waiver, applicants will receive the following:

• A set of manuals
• A free attempt at a Cúram certification exam, if this attempt is made within 90 days after approval of the waiver
