This course provides a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of the Cúram Enterprise Framework™ (CEF). It presents a business analyst and caseworker overview that introduces the key components of the CEF, namely, Participant Management, Case Management, System Administration, Rules Management, Workflow Management, Financials, Outcome Planning, the Cúram Documentation Center™, and the Cúram Impact and Relationship Analyzer ™ (CIARA).
Course Description
After completing this course, learners will be able to
- describe the main components of the Cúram Business Application Suite™ (CBAS)
- identify Cúram Enterprise and Solution Modules
- identify and navigate the various components of the CEF
- use the Documentation Center
- navigate CIARA
- participate in mapping legacy data requirements to the Cúram database

Learners should have a working knowledge of health and human services programs and exposure and experience in typical business analysis activities related to system implementations.
This is a five-day course. Learners are introduced to the Cúram Business Application Suite and the fundamental aspects of the Cúram Enterprise Framework from a business analyst and caseworker perspective. The course focuses on the data and functionality that comes with the out-of-the-box application. The end of the course focuses on using this newly acquired knowledge to further explore the Documentation Center and CIARA.
This course is intended for business analysts who will work on Cúram projects.
