Learning Programs

Cúram Global Learning Services (GLS) Learning Programs offer a comprehensive catalog of learning products designed to introduce, certify, and reinforce the skills of people engaged in Cúram project and support activities.

GLS learning paths offer role-based, blended learning solutions to develop and maintain the skills of your IT and business professionals. Courses are delivered using the following methods: instructor-led training (ILT) for standard classroom training, workshops for customized classroom training, structured mentoring for accelerated practical training, and web-based training (WBT) for self-paced learning.

Learning Paths

Learning paths are provided for key IT and business job roles. Each learning path outlines the blended learning required to develop the knowledge and skills for a specific role and skill level in a Cúram product version. Core business and technical paths are aligned to GLS certification programs and offer a range of classroom and web-based courses.

Cúram eLearning Passport™

The Cúram eLearning Passport is a web portal developed and administered by GLS. It provides full access to all GLS self-study/online training courses for a 12-month period. These courses provide broad and deep coverage of the modules and framework components in the Cúram Business Application Suite™ (CBAS).

Customized Courses

GLS can provide customized courses that are tailored to the needs of a specific project or audience type. Training-needs analysis can be performed to determine the specific needs of individuals working on a given project.
