Cúram Enterprise Framework provides the core processing and infrastructure components necessary to deliver a complete solution for Social Enterprise Management. Created as a result of extensive analysis of social enterprise processes worldwide, the features of the Cúram Enterprise Framework are designed according to best-practice client and case management processes. These built-in business and technical processes provide support for managing the complete life cycle of clients and their cases, from initial contact and registration through various stages which may include assessment, determination, service planning, service delivery, and outcome evaluation.

"Cúram allows us to better manage information so we can understand client needs and develop better services. One of the main reasons we chose Curam Software is that the system is designed specifically for our industry. It's architected to respond to the pressures that we face in the human services industry. It's not a CRM or ERP system that's been modified for sales purposes. It's authentic."
