Cúram for Common Intake provides a unified way for social enterprises to efficiently perform intake across program offerings using guided, intelligent information capture.  It also supports initiatives to provide a collaborative, “no wrong door” approach to serving citizens.

The highly configurable solution uses a common set of intake, evidence management, verification, and case management processes that can interface with one or more back-end systems leveraging its services oriented architecture (SOA) capabilities.  Cúram for Common Intake can be used as an integrated part of a Cúram system or as a “front end” to one or more legacy systems.

The caseworker application also supports agencies’ service modernization initiatives without the need to replace or modernize legacy architecture.  With Cúram for Common Intake, organizations can provide caseworkers with an interface that has a newer look and feel, as well as consolidated client information fed from multiple back-end systems, to deliver a unified view of the client.  By consolidating client information through Cúram for Common Intake, organizations can obtain new insights into client interdependencies and structure a coordinated response to client needs.
