Employment
Employment is a collection of programs associated with employment services and job assistance. Typically this will include some form of unemployment insurance or benefit, a range of employment services to support unemployed people getting back into work and in some jurisdictions, a range of economic development services ranging from attracting employers to growing skills in the economy. In some countries, the formal sickness and maternity benefit programs may also be managed through employment programs.
