Created as a result of extensive analysis of social enterprise processes worldwide, the features of the Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Enterprise modules are designed according to best-practice client and case management processes. These built-in business and technical processes provide support for managing the complete life cycle of clients and their cases, from initial contact and registration through various stages which may include assessment, determination, service planning, service delivery, and outcome evaluation.

Cúram has also been designed to be flexible to meet the changing needs of social enterprises. It helps organizations achieve service targets through the adoption of an integrated service delivery approach facilitated by a Social Enterprise Management (SEM) Reference Model.
