The original vision of Cúram Software’s founders was to develop a comprehensive commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software solution specifically for organizations operating in the areas of human services, workforce services and social services, collectively referred to as “social enterprises”. The goal was to provide enterprise software solutions that would enable these organizations to improve case management, transform service delivery, drive organizational efficiency, and help achieve positive outcomes for their clients.

Over the past decade, this vision has been realised through the development of the Cúram Business Application Suite, which has been successfully implemented in social enterprises throughout the world. Cúram Software’s sole focus is the ongoing development of the Cúram Business Application Suite for deployment in social enterprise agencies worldwide. We are 100% committed to successful implementations of solutions based on our product suite, and continuously invest in research and development to ensure that Cúram is the leading product in the social enterprise management (SEM) software market segment.

Cúram Software’s ongoing mission is to provide best-in-class, enterprise solutions for a continuously expanding client base, and to be recognized as the SEM market leader. In 2007, Cúram Software was the first vendor to introduce a new generation of family-focused solutions – the Cúram Family Services Suite – comprised of Cúram Child Services (child welfare and protection), and Cúram Youth Services (juvenile justice). In 2008, Cúram Software introduced an additional family-focused solution, Cúram Child Care.

Recently, Cúram made a further commitment to expand the Cúram Business Application Suite to include the following:

• Cúram Child Support Enforcement
• Cúram Adult Services

Child support enforcement contributes to the objective of reducing child poverty by ensuring that parents who do not live with their children continue to meet their financial responsibilities by paying child maintenance. The significance of this program has made it a logical focus area for Cúram as it continues to invest in its product suite in an effort to provide better solutions for social enterprises.

Cúram for Adult Services is the third and final component of Cúram Family Services Suite and is being designed to support agencies that are responsible for investigating abuse, neglect and exploitation of adults who are elderly or have disabilities.

Cúram is developing a solution for Employment Management that will facilitate employment of clients across all social programs. This solution will incorporate best practices and would be available to all programs that have work as an intended outcome.

Cúram Software continuously invests in research and development (R&D) to ensure that Cúram remains the market leading COTS software product in the Social Enterprise Management (SEM) market. Our product strategy will continue to be driven by the needs of our customers and their clients with the guiding principle of helping agencies improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of their services by providing them with an agile, up-to-date platform.
