1. The edition of DB2 referred to here is DB2 UDB Extended Enterprise Edition. DB2 UDB Enterprise Edition and DB2 UDB Personal Edition can also be used. Other editions of DB2 UDB have not been tested.
2. Requires E-Fix EFIX_JR16144.  Enterprise Edition is required for version control.
