| Browser and Version | Notes |
| Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 | If intending to use Cúram for public-facing applications outside the technologies that have been specifically provided as public-facing applications, it should be noted that while Cúram Software makes every effort to ensure that the Cúram application pages use standard web technologies and formats which should be compatible with all browsers, the browsers listed here are the only ones officially supported. The minimum recommended resolution is 1024x768. The optimum DPI setting for Cúram is Normal size. For example, in Windows the DPI settings are found in the Control Panel, under Display > Settings > Advanced > General. |
| Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 | |
| Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 Compatibility Mode Only | Please note: If an invalid security certificate is used on a HTTPS connection, the web browser will display a security warning. In order to proceed the user must click the “Continue to this website” link, the requested page will then load as normal and this warning will should not re-appear for the duration of the users session. However, in Internet Explorer 8 if a new window is opened, the warning will be displayed again for the new window. The user will have to accept the warning again and it will not re-appear for the duration of the users session. This issue may occur during the development or testing phase, when your application server may not be configured with a valid security certificate. It is expected that production applications will always have a valid security certificate so this issue will not occur. |
